  • Company Registration Pakistan with (SECP) Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan
  • Submission of form 1, form A, and Form 29, and annual returns with SECP
  • Replying of notices issued by SECP as per Companies Act 2017
  • Issuance of Subscription Certificate (After opening of business bank account, share money will be transferred to business bank account from director’s personal bank accounts. After depositing of share money, the evidence will be provided to the auditor, who will issue “SUBSCRIPTION CERTIFICATE”. Such certificate needs to submit to the SECP at once)
  • Issuance of Auditors Consent Letter (After incorporation of company with SECP, auditors consent is taken formally and is deposited with SECP as a legal compliance every year.)
  • FORM 45 SUBMISSION COMPLIANCE (Beneficial Ownership Declaration) (The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) has asked companies to submit information of their ultimate beneficial owners (UBOs) through the filing of Form 45, required under Section 123A of the Companies Act, 2017.)
